A few days ago I learnt from a video (Internet) the simple way to extract the egg yolk from the white using a bottle. I had always made it the traditional way, taking the eggshell half with the yolk sitting in it and switching the yolk to the other half, repeating this and switching from side to side as the white continues to drip into a bowl, but this new way of doing it... I totally love it! Easy and fast! From now on I won't use any other method! The video is quite bad, I made it with my cell phone but I guess you can get the idea..
