Mini Cupcakes

Hola!

Hi,
Today I want to show you these mini cupcakes that I made for Christmas and they were a big succes. They're ordinary cupcakes, just smaller (you can almost eat them in one bite) and instead of buttercream I used black and white chocolate. I also added some candies, the candies and the chocolate together... yummy! and the children went crazy!

Ingredientes:
160 gr. azúcar
4 huevos
70 gr. aceite de girasol
1 Yogur de limón
1 sobre de levadura Royal
2 cucharaditas de café soluble (tipo Nescafé)
220 gr. de harina para bizcochos

Para la cobertura:
150 gr. de chocolate blanco
200 gr. de chocolate negro para postres
75 gr de leche

Decoración: gominolas, lacasitos, conguitos... etc.

The recipe is very easy, here it is, I hope you'll make them, you'll be successful!

Ingredients
160 g sugar
4 eggs
70 g sunflower oil
1 lemon yogurt
1 baking podwer sachet
2 teaspoons instant coffe
220g sponge cake flour

For the frosting
150 white chocolate
200 g black chocolate
75 g milk

To decorate
sugar stars, candies, chocolate candies

Preparación:

Method:
1. Mix the sugar, the coffee and the eggs
2. Add the lemon yogurt, the oil, the baking podwer and the flour.
3. Mix gently with a spatula until the mixture is fluffy.
4. Place the mixture in the cases (I used chocolate truffle cases)
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden . The oven must be preheated.

To decorate:
1. Melt the white chocolate
2. Melt the black chocolate and the milk
3. Use a pastry bag to decorate with the two types of chocolate once the cupcakes are cold. Then add sugar stars, candies or whatever you like.

Decoración navideña

¡¡FELIZ NAVIDAD!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

I hope your Christmas days have been as good as mine. And (almost) back to normal life, I wanted to show you how I decorated my parents mantel, it's very simple but still very nice, and the best part it's that you can recycle it, you just have to change the last figure and you can use it many years! The supplies I used are red and white felt, hemp, glue gun, some buttons and tiny wooden clothespins to hang the gloves up . What you see at the left on the mantel is a candle I bought years ago and that it seems to last forever. I also put  a (fake) fir branch and some ornaments. It turned out well, didn't it?

Arbolito de Navidad

Hola!

Hi!
Today I'm showing you a little tree that I've made. I saw some ideas in a very cool blog. It's La silla turquesa. You should visit it, you'll get thousands of ideas and lot of inspiration for sure. But let's get back to the tree... Of all the trees of the blog these two are the ones I like the most:

So I decided to fuse them. The scrapbook paper one (tutorial) needed lots of paper to be done and I don't have an excess of papers so... But I had already ruined a book to make this frame so I could use the rest of the pages, they aren't sheet music as the one in the pic but it works fine. I liked better the round form so as I said before I fused them and here's the finished product!

Y Feliz Navidad!!

Besides the fuse I innovate a little, I put it in a plastic flowerpot to make it taller, I wrapped it with burlap and I  made the trunk and the star with felt. By the way, If you follow the scrapbook tutorial, I didn't use the Nesting Scallops (because I don't have it), instead I used dishes, caps... and some scallop scissors. It turned out well, didn't it? Although two people have already asked me if it is edible! They thought it was made of wafer!
Well, if you like it and try it, send the pictures!
And Merry Christmas!

Hi again!
I guess you're getting ready for Christmas, it's starting to get cold here so it feels like getting ready. Today I'm showing you some Christmas lanterns. I saw them at  La Factoría Plástica and I loved them! They're so easy to make and again so cheap! I don't show the how to because it is already done on the Factorias' web. The only thing I made different was that I drew the shapes with a pencil so I didn't have to erase them later and I used a gimlet instead of a drill cause I'm not very good with drills, and it worked really well

The photos I took outside are quite bad, I know, but if I used the flash you couldn't see the light of the candle and if I didn't use it then they were too dark so I've lighten them up a little but they aren't very good. The real lanterns  are really cool, much better than in the pictures so try!

Marco joyero

Hi all!
Today I'm showing you a frame that works as a jewelry, it decorates and it's very handy. You can see all your earrings easily and as I made it with an old frame I found at home the total price was 0 €! I love the projects that costs nothing and besides you can recycle! The idea isn't mine, I saw it in the Internet but since I didn't keep the website I can't put a link. If I bump into it,  I'll add it.
This is the how to.

These are the supplies, as you can see there are  few and its likely to have them at home.

Un marco viejo.
Una grapadora.
Hilo de cáñamo.
Pintura acrílica.
Pincel.
An old frame
A stapler
Twine
Acrylic paint
Paintbrush.

Primer paso:

First step:
Paint your frame with the color that best suits you. I chose Dessert Turquoise by Americana.

Then roll three threads of twine so they stay twisted and tie a knot at each end. Make as many of these as lines you want on your frame.. Turn it down and staple them wherever you want. My frame wasn't very big so I made four of them.

And that's it! Look for a place where it stands out, hang it and place your earrings (and necklaces)!
I hope you like it and you make it.
See you soon!

Bath

Hola!

Hi!
Today I want to show you a variation of the EAT letters that I showed you some time ago. I made them the same way, lower case this time and I hung them on the wall of my bathroom and  they look nice, don't they?
The papers I used for the b, a and h are Madeline Collection 6"x 6" by Prima Marketing. The one I used for the t is Cookie Dough of Nan's Favourites Collection by Kaiser Craft.
They're super easy to make, try and  send me the pics!

Halloween II

I know that Halloween has gone by but I couldn't resist to post this card that a friend sent me, isn't cute that witch?
See you soon!
